RESOLUTION

OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

“On dismissing Tabachnyk D.V. from performing duties of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine”

According to clause 12 of article 85 of Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

establishes:

1. To dismiss Tabachnyk Dmytro Volodymyrovych from performing duties of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, and as a result – removal from his office.

2. This Resolution comes into force since the moment of its adoption.
